Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Board of the Business Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held its session in Tashkent on 23 June 2016.
Delegations of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Russia and Tajikistan participated in the work of the session.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of further developing trade-economic relations between member states and realization of mutual beneficial projects.
SCO member states also considered perspectives of developing activities of the SCO Business Council, also priorities and main directions of expansion of cooperation.
The sides also discussed various aspects of cooperation in the sphere of support of small business and private entrepreneurship, transport and logistics, innovation, information and communication technologies, exhibition and fair activities, agriculture, tourism, attracting foreign investment and others....
SCO Business Council was established on 14 June 2006 and it is non-governmental structure, which unites business communities of the SCO member states to expand the economic cooperation, establish direct links among the business and financial communities, and assist to the practical promotion of multilateral projects.
